Styling
In our styling principles course, we had to plan and execute a professional photoshoot for a brand. My team conducted an outdoor shoot for Arvin Goods, a sustainable clothing brand. The team consisted of stylists, model coordinators, models, anda. photographer. For this project, I contributed to the styling concept, took all the photos, and directed the models through our shot list.
This photoshoot was to build my personal styling portfolio. My friends and I gathered vintage denim and a few props, and shot in a field as the sun started setting. I shot the photos to appear retro and rugged.

A really eye-opening project I participated in was a week-long fashion detox. The goals was to take just a few items and use them throughout the entire week, switching them up every day. This demonstrated the idea of a capsule wardrobe, that emphasizes less, higher-quality items instead of more cheap garments. As a population, we overbuy and make impulse purchases all too often. This assignment was meant to make us aware of what is essential, what we didn't use, and how can change our habits in the future.
Excel Project
The linked spreadsheet contains a buying simulation for a fictional store. The assortment plan analyzes my departments needs by classification, fabrication, color, size, price, and units. The items are ranked by percentage and dollars. An assortment plans results in a model stock that can be referenced and referred to in the future.
Research Paper/Abstract
In a Research and Evaluation course, an assignment was completed throughout the entire quarter that required students to conduct their own research study from start to finish. Below is my compiled final findings.
